We try to keep our policies simple. Please be sure to read them below and inform yourself before riding with our service. If you have any questions please ask our support team.
Cancellations 24 hours or more in advance are refundable minus a $50 booking fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are non refundable.
If your flight is delayed our service will wait for your group free of charge as long as availability allows. If there is no availability at your new arrival time we will send the next available vehicle for your group.
Refunds are given at the discretion of Powderhound Transportation. A refund can never exceed the amount you have paid for our service.
Powderhound Transportation IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for the costs of any but not limited too missed flights, hotels, delays, or tickets.
Grocery stops up to 30 minutes are free of charge with our service as long as the schedule is open and allows for a stop.
If the schedule is booked and another group is after yours, a grocery stop may not be possible.
Grocery stops more than 30 minutes will be billed at $80 per hour in 30 minute increments.
In the case of an overbooking we refund and cancel based on the last reservation made.
We do not cover the costs of new transportation, rental services, nor any costs outside of the amount paid for our service.
Our pricing fluctuates based on availability and demand. Book early to lock in the lowest rates. We do not honor previously posted rates from our online system.
Powderhound Transport LLC is a division and trade name of Powderhound Technology LLC. Our company does NOT own or operate a fleet. Powderhound only works with licensed and insured contractors to fulfill our reservations. The charge on your credit card will come from Powderhound Technology LLC.
