Park With Josh Request For Proposal RFP

Hi,

Park With Josh is paid offsite Red Rocks Parking. The rule change is "no more vehicles parked on the shoulder" at Red Rocks. 

1) Business Plan
Park With Josh leases Parcel #2 located at 3078 South Rooney Road, Morrison, CO 80465. We charge each vehicle that parks a set price, using the software on this website. Then we shuttle guests to Red Rocks. 

2) Shuttle Routes
Our priority shuttle route is to Red Rocks Amphitheatre, going through the downtown City of Morrison, through entrance #3 and drop-off at the Upper South Lot. We need the Upper South Lot to be a pavilion, not open to the public. The road is an access road strictly for vendors. Alternate routes are to Soda Lakes Beach Reservoir and Bear Creek Lake Park Meadowlark Cove.

3) Consultant
Joshua Gaines seeks to be hired as a consultant that leads a task force to study parking at the Red Rocks grounds. How to transform the Upper South Lot into a sponsored tailgate is what the task force will study. We will research the possibility of creating traffic circles at intersections on the roads of the Red Rocks grounds. Finally, we will study how to create an emergency access road. We provide report to Tad Bowman or Denver City Council. 

4) PUC
The Public Utilities Commission receives a Common Carrier Application for Park With Josh. This website is where we gather public comments to fill out the statements of fitness. 

5) Investors
This link shows that COPART owns Parcel 2. What are the City of Morrison's considerations for Park With Josh to be awarded the prime land.

6) Funding
With this being a PUC Common Carrier, everything has to be transparent. This is a contract. There is precedent for approval of contracts by the city council. ACE received 2.5M annually complimentary shuttle, LAZ received 30M for electric buses, Gabe received a minority contract for last mile shuttle.  Start up money is going to be for insurance, fleet, an office rental or mobile home, billboards, land acquisition. 

7) Fleet, Insurance
I want to use school buses with a Jake brake. They don't have AC, but they do have windows that can lower. They are a novelty for tourists. They have capacity for 77 passengers. They have lower maintanence costs than motorcoaches. Park With Josh will be responsible for perhaps 2000 patrons at the end of the night. So we to move a lot of people, promptly. 

8) Capacity
Park With Josh can hold 1000 vehicles. Goal is to take a minimum of 300 vehicles per day off the shoulder at red rocks to Park With Josh. Lower South Lot, Upper North Lot, Jurassic Lot will continue to be first come, first serve. When those reach capacity, the Argus staff of parking attendants directs patrons to Park With Josh. 

9) Proposals
Priority use of Upper South Lot for commercial vehicles and approved vendors. Red Rocks needs for commercial vehicles to be with commercial vehicles. We need regular cars to be with regular cars. We need to eliminate shoulder parking on Red Rocks roads for safety. 

10) Vendor Sign up
This link is for businesses to apply to become approved vendors at Red Rocks Upper South Lot. Upload your insurance, license plates, get a season membership or pay everyday you come. Sign a code of conduct. Put a patch on your website footer to show you are a Red Rocks vendor.

Park With Josh is destiny. The first time I ever went to Red rocks was in 1998. I have been working at red rocks as a chauffeur since 2012. I own ridetoredrocks.com. I operated a contract with Avanti's shared ride clients. I am the one who proposed Uber using the Jurassic Lot. I was a subcontractor on the Last Mile Shuttle from 2019-2024. I have a CDL and have driven buses. I have given tours at red rocks. I have attended concerts at red rocks. I have been backstage at red rocks in the green room.
